Conch Fritter & Citrus Mojo Aioli – crispy Key West conch fritters, lime zest, cilantro, citrus mojo aioli Whiskey Pairing: Irish Whiskey (Triple Distilled) – smooth with honey and citrus notes.
- First Course
Achiote Rubbed Pork Belly – sweet plantain, queso frito, citrus mojo drizzle
Whiskey Pairing: American Rye Whiskey – spicy rye notes balance the richness of the pork belly.
- Seafood Course
Blackened Local Catch – fresh fisherman’s catch, mango habanero glaze, coconut rice, grilled island vegetables
